宇治金時白玉 うじきんとき Matcha Ice Cream DIY (No machine)

宇治金時,宇治市以抹茶出產為名,也讓宇治=抹茶的替代聯想深深鞏固在我們的印象中。金時是紅豆另外一個名稱「金時豆」的縮寫,宇治金時是淋上青綠色抹茶的糖漿碎冰配上暗紅色的紅豆泥,有時候會有圓圓滾滾的白玉點綴著整個甜點,色彩、美味和口感一次到位,難怪是日本經典甜點的代表之一

微苦的抹茶、綿密的紅豆泥加上QQ的白玉,構成日式甜點宇治金時 (UCHIKINDOKI) 的三元素~沒有冰淇淋機,使出洪荒之力後超簡單地做出綿密、濃郁的抹茶冰淇淋!

※材料配方

A.自製抹茶冰淇淋
100ml 牛奶
少許 鹽
60g 糖
200ml 鮮奶油
2顆蛋黃
1小匙香草精
5~8g 抹茶粉(看個人喜好)

B.白玉湯圓

糯米粉 30g
水 20~25ml
